A lovely little green bowl handpainted with a wild lawn design. The inspiration for this bowl came from wandering over a patch of untamed lawn and looking down at the wildflowers and insects.

I hand form these bowls out of earthy red earthenware clay, which I then hand paint and etch in scenes from around the Devon and Cornish countryside. Suggestive painting and tiny engraved details create lively and tactile pieces that take me many hours to create.

Please be aware of the handmade nature of my pieces. It is the celebration of the handmade process that makes them so joyful and unique. They are decorative pieces of ceramic art and should be handled with care. All work is signed.
