All UK deliveries will be sent out by first class royal mail and will dispatched within three working days.

International Delivery

At present the only international shipping option I offer at the check out is to America, for any other countries please feel free to contact me and I will see if I can arrange something for you.

Returns

My aim is for everyone to be happy with their Steen Ceramics purchases. I understand it can be difficult to get the feel of an item through a computer screen so I am happy to offer refunds. Please contact me to let me know and return the item in its original packaging to me within 14 days. I am unable to refund the cost of postage.

Damages

In the rare case the item arrives damaged please let me know as soon as you can so I can resolve the issue quickly with either a refund or an exchange.

Packaging

Ceramics are a fragile item to ship so I take great care to package my work safely. I try to use recycled or recyclable materials where possible but I do sometimes use bubble wrap when items are particularly fragile. Please try reuse this where ever possible.

Usage

My ceramics are decorative art pieces. They are functional but are not intended for rigorous daily use. While every opportunity has been made to create safe and strong pieces of work, please keep in mind they are handmade and should be treated and used with care. Gentle hand washing recommended.
